Our web servers are Red Hat Linux based.  We support Front Page extensions, E Commerce or whatever your needs may be.  We have mirrored servers located in a secure data center. We also perform a remote offsite backup every night to help keep your data and your email safe and secure.  We offer both pop and web based solutions for email to make it easy for you to check your email from virtually anywhere.  We are now pleased to announce that we have added spam protection to our email server to keep down those unwanted emails.

Our pricing plan is simple—$49.95 per month. This fee includes hosting your existing site and 250 email accounts.  There is a one time setup fee of $100 to cover getting everything set up and going for your chapter.  Hosting for your Dot Com will be managed by our support staff, and we will take care of renewing it with the registrar every year so that your site never expires because someone left the chapter and forgot to renew the registration for your web site. There is an additional fee for each additional 200 email accounts as your needs increase.  Our staff also adds and changes your email accounts as needed.  Each individual email account has its own password which only the user will know and each user can change their password any time that they choose.  There are also many features of the email system that are very handy.  It has an address book, a calendar, a spell checker, forwarding for those that want their email forwarded to a hotmail account for instance and the ability to have your email come straight in to your outlook express program. 

We also want to point out that your email accounts are pop based and have a web interface for easy access.  You will notice that checking your email is much faster when doing so from outlook express for instance than from the web interface.  This works smoothly but also gives you an easy access when you are not at your computer.  We have a small setup fee associated with moving over your site, but it covers everything from getting your dot com if needed, to moving over the site, to setting up your first 250 email addresses.  The web based email system is run with squirrel mail and has a lot of flexibility to it for ease of use and setup.  The GreekHunter system will literally increase your communications for your chapter and any alumni who get set up by 100 to 300 percent.  Just imagine, everyone will know everyone's email address anywhere in the GreekHunter system in your chapter or any participating chapter anywhere in the country.
