- Alias
- Aliases are additional names for a user. They allow messages to be
sent to multiple addresses, but end up in the same mailbox.
Essentially, an alias is an AKA (Also Known As) for a user.
-
- Auto Reply (Vacation Message)
- This function allows a user to change their vacation message
(auto-responder.) A vacation message is a response that is
automatically sent to anyone who sends an e-mail to a particular
address.
For example, you might set up a vacation message for your account
that says, "I'm on vacation, and will check my e-mail on
Monday." Then, when someone e-mails you, they will
automatically receive an e-mail telling them you are on vacation.
This feature can also be used for sending sales literature or
technical support. Vacation messages are only sent once to an e-mail
address.
-
- E-mail Forwarding
- You can forward your incoming mail to another e-mail account. If
you go on vacation, you can have your e-mail sent to another members
account to insure someone can follow up on important business.
This can also be used to forward your e-mail to another e-mail
account such as a hotmail account if that is your primary account.
-
- Junk Mail Blocker
- You can save time and storage space by blocking Spam.
-
- Read Receipt
- You can gain the peace of mind of registered mail via e-mail
because you're automatically notified when your e-mail is opened.
-
- Signature
- You can set up unique signatures that will automatically appear on
all outgoing e-mail. You can set up different signatures depending
on the type of e-mail you're sending out.
-
- Folder Storage
- You can filter incoming e-mail to route to specified folders,
allowing for easy reference and organization.
